We really enjoyed the modern environment and the very good food &wine. At times I found the service to be a little weird (for example the fact that to have the tasting menu the whole table must have it) and with rooms for improvement but nothing major over all. Looking back, I would not recommend to take the testing menu and focus on individual dishes.

The evening started fantastic. After being served our secondi, the service seemed to disappear. Otherwise it would have been 4.5 Stars. Very good value for money.

Extremely Nice Restaurant. Beef tartare outstanding. Tomahawk even better…. Dario Cecchini doesn’t need introduction. Located in the heart of Bolgheri in a nice Villa. Staff nice, just pushing your check bill grow, but That’s part of the job. Nice experience! We will back

Beautiful location with an internal room and tables outside. The food is really good, lots of choice on the menu, I recommend the tasting menu, I would say it's excellent. From appetizers to desserts, the menu includes wine, coffee and bitters at an advantageous price We returned other times and ordered Tuscan crostini, pappardelle with truffle, sliced walnuts. I also took the meat-only menu consisting of Tuscan crostini mixed with sliced crudités, a delicacy. Everything was perfect, the location, the staff but above all the good food. We will definitely be back I recommend it, excellent price/quality
